Who We Are?
The LeMay Family Training Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to advancing the future of emergency services. Founded on the belief that strong communities depend on well trained first responders. Our organization exists to remove financial barriers for aspiring and active firefighters, EMTs, and paramedics. Recognizing the growing demands placed on today’s emergency service professionals, we are dedicated to expanding access to high quality training and career development opportunities.
Our Services
Scholarship
We provide financial support for EMT,
firefighter, and paramedic training. Our
scholarships help cover tuition, certification fees, and required course materials. We work to remove financial barriers so candidates can enter the field ready to serve.
Training
We fund advanced and specialized
courses for active firefighters and
paramedics. Many of these programs are
not covered by department budgets. Our
support helps first responders stay skilled
and prepared.
Mentorship
We offer guidance to individuals
pursuing careers in emergency services.
We help with academy preparation,
hiring processes, and career
development. Our goal is to build
confident and prepared professionals.
Workforce Support
We reinvest donations directly into
training and education programs. Our
focus is strengthening the first responder
workforce. Stronger training leads to safer
communities.
This charity will provide funds to deserving applicants to further their training opportunities as well as host trainings that both provide high level, aggressive fireman repetitions as well as raise funds for more students.
