As a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting first responders and strengthening public safety, our foundation is leading the development of a new Fire‑Rescue Training Facility that will significantly enhance emergency readiness throughout Broward County. This project reflects our mission to ensure that firefighters and EMTs receive the highest level of training, resources, and support as they prepare to protect the communities they serve.

The facility will serve 29 Broward County fire departments, creating a centralized and modern environment for professional development. It will host five annual Firefighter Minimum Standards classes, four EMT programs, and a full range of continuing education and advanced certification courses. By expanding access to consistent, high‑quality training, the center strengthens the pipeline of future first responders while elevating the skills and preparedness of current personnel.

A key component of the project is its state of the art live fire training environment, designed to closely replicate real emergency conditions. This allows students to train in highly realistic scenarios that mirror the complexity and intensity of actual incidents, improving decision making, operational readiness, and overall safety. The facility also expands opportunities for community outreach, youth engagement, and public safety education, reinforcing the connection between first responders and the residents they serve.
